NEWSLETTER INFORMATION (Art. 13 Reg. Eu 679/2016)

in order to subscribe to the newsletter service which will allow you to be informed about previews, news, events, promotional campaigns organized by the Owner, in order to be informed about the initiatives and offers promoted by the Owner, it is necessary that you have understood the this information, as well as the more extensive one found here Find out more about the processing of personal data carried out by Tuscanoption.it and which expresses consent to the processing of data.
 
The data required to access the service are: name, surname, email address, as well as whether the registration is made as a private individual or as a company.
 
The name, surname and status of company or private individual will not be disclosed to third parties for the purposes of subscribing to the newsletter. The email address will be managed through the automation service for sending email provided by the company  (Mailchimp, a US company, certified according to the Privacy Shield, as external data controller, pursuant to the service contract and the clauses contractual agreements regarding the protection of personal data, in compliance with European legislation).
 
The consent requested from you must be considered optional, free and always revocable.
 
In accordance with current legislation (art. 6 EU Reg. 679/2016), in order to lawfully send you such communications it is necessary that you express your consent. In their absence, it will not be possible to access these services.
 
The data relating to the subscription to the newsletter and the services indicated above are retained until the cancellation is requested.
 
What are your rights after giving consent?
 
Consent can be revoked at any time, however the revocation will not lead to the illegitimacy of the processing based on that already issued, but will entail the obligation for the owner to terminate the processing based on the revoked consent and the possibility for the interested party to request to the owner the cancellation of personal data concerning him pursuant to article 17, paragraph 1 letter. b) (so-called right to cancellation or oblivion).

request and obtain from the Data Controller - in the cases in which the legal basis of the processing is the contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means - your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to portability of personal data);
object at any time to the processing of your personal data in the event of particular situations concerning you;
revoke consent at any time, limited to cases in which the processing is based on your consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (for example date and place of birth or place of residence), or particular categories of data ( for example data revealing your racial origin, your political opinions, your religious beliefs, your health or sexual life). Processing based on consent and carried out before its revocation, however, retains its lawfulness;
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority – www.garanteprivacy.it).
